Trailer Released: Sanjay Dutt and Mouni Roy Star in Horror Film 'Bhootni'

Mumbai (Maharashtra), India - On March 29, ANI reported that Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt is preparing to release his new film titled 'Bhootni', which will be a horror-comedy.

The movie, directed by Sidhaant Sachdev, features Mouni Roy, Sunny Singh, Palak Tiwari, Aasif Khan, and Beyounick.

On Saturday, the creators released the movie’s trailer. Within it, Mouni appears as a spirit called 'Mohabbat,' making an allusion to Naagin, her well-known role in Ektaa Kapoor's successful television series.

Sanjay Dutt thrilled his fans with his ghostbusters-themed look. It appears that Palak Tiwari and Sunny Singh will share a romantic storyline in the movie.

Sharing the trailer’s link on her Instagram, Palak penned, "A part of my heart is now yours. I hope this makes you laugh, cry, and say 'awww.' Bulawayo, may it bring joy to you and your family."

Soham Rockstar Entertainment along with Three Dimension Motion Pictures proudly announce, "The Bhootnii," a production by Soham Rockstar Entertainment, directed by Deepak Mukut and Sanjay Dutt, alongside co-producers Hunar Mukut and Maanayata Dutt. This highly anticipated film is scheduled for release on April 18, 2025.

In the meantime, Sanjay Dutt has become part of the ensemble for the much-awaited movie Baaghi 4. The initial glimpse at his character reveals him sitting atop a gothic-inspired throne, clutching a motionless woman dressed in a blood-soaked dress. The intensity of the scene is heightened by his stern gaze, coupled with his stained white shirt and messy hair, contributing to an overall ominous atmosphere seen in the promotional image.

The poster includes the slogan, "Every Aashiq is a Villain." 'Baaghi 4' will be helmed by Kannada director A Harsha, making this his entry into Bollywood. This movie is being produced by Sajid Nadiadwala through the Nadiadwala Grandson production company and is scheduled for theatrical release on September 5, 2025. (ANI)
